Le JDD - 20/11/2016

Un nouveau quartier surgit à la Défense

Pour la première fois depuis trente ans, des immeubles de logements sont en chantier à la Défense, le premier centre d’affaires européen. Le JDD a visité ce quartier en devenir autour de la future Arena.

et exposition nord donc très peu de lumière naturelle donc éclairage obligatoire en permanence (pas très écologique D3 )

C'est sombre, mais en plus les gros poteaux masquent certaines fenêtres du "petit" bâtiment. C'est vraiment curieux comme conception, ce projet...
