900 logements annoncés pour 2018 le long de la route de Toulouse.
Le projet semble intégrer 4 à 5 tours d'habitation allant j'imagine jusqu'à 60-70m.

Ce projet constitue une traduction opérationnelle de la démarche «50 000 logements nouveaux autour des axes de transports publics».

Merci pour l'info. je trouve ça plutôt intéressant que le tram ne viennent pas encombrer l'axe principal qui n'est pas forcément large.

A noter que tout ce qui est présenté autour du parking silo est plus ou moins déjà avancé. Il s'agit de la zac Terres Sud.

je n'avais pas reconnu le lycée (bâtiment en barre), cf topic sur Bègles, j y ai fait il y a peu un reportage photo en fait
