Hilton group plans second real estate project in Kuwait

Hilton Hotel Corporation, a well-known hospitality chain in the world, has signed an agreement for its second real estate property, Hilton Olympia Kuwait, in Kuwait as part of the Asian Headquarters of the New Olympic Council. The hotel, to be completed by 2008, will be owned by United Resources Real Estate and managed by Hilton’s International Operations.

An Atkins Bahrain project, the Al Sharq office complex, has been short listed for the 2007 MIPIM Architectural Review Future Projects Award - Offices category.

Kuwait Investment Authority awarded KEO International Consultants the design of their new headquarters
KEO International Consultants were officially notified that their design entry has lead to being awarded the prestigious headquarters for the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). The Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) is Kuwait's government investment arm, estimated to hold in excess of $200 billion of assets, and is reportedly one of the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds in the World.

Turning Kuwaiti Super Tall Is Go
Construction is underway on a new skyscraper in the heart of Kuwait City overlooking the Persian Gulf by developer, the Al Dar National Real Estate Co.
Designed by architects Norr Limited, Square Capital Tower will stand at a height 351 metres and will cover a plot of 6,400 square metres, the largest land allocation to a private sector within the city centre to date.
The tower will form part of a larger multi use complex and is designed not only to house offices but to serve as a unique piece of art which will draw visitors to the project.

Un hôtel 5étoiles, bien sûr, 30 étages, 2500 logements et des espaces commerciaux, parking pour 15000 voitures. En plus un monorail pour parcourir les 2Km entre les différentes parties du complexe.
Le tout avec l'utilisation des panneaux solaires, la réutilisation de l'eau, enfin des petites pensées pour l'environnement.

bizarrement cette tour de 30 étages je l'aurai bien vue dans une ville Française : Montpel ou bien à Marseille pour accompagner SAS Suède, l'esprit "vague" lui correspond assez.
Sinon c'est impressionant tous ces projets ^^ la maladie du Dubaïsme se propage à une vitesse folle ^^ heureusement tout comme le nuage de tchernobyl, elle s'arretera à nos frontières !
