Les tours Möbius sont les deux tours qui vont remplacer le TBR Building.

Des projets de tours utilisant ce gros œuvre ont été présentés : la "Brussels Tower". Elle n'a finalement jamais vu le jour, et le reste de la tour TBR a été démoli en 2017.

Les tours Möbius remplaceront donc le TBR Building. Il s'agira de deux tours sœurs, mais pas jumelles : la tour I mesurera 73m, contre 98 pour la tour II.

Les tours ont été dessinées par Assar Architects. Tout en courbes, elle casseront la monotonie géométrique du quartier Nord.
À noter que les deux tours seront reliées par un "canopy roof", à hauteur du deuxième étage : en suivant la forme les tours, il aura la forme du symbole de l'infini (∞), qui lui-même s'inspire du ruban de... Möbius.

Cependant, avec une hauteur de 98m seulement pour la plus haute des deux tours, leurs formes ne se distingueront pas beaucoup dans la skyline bruxelloise. Il aurait été plus pertinent de les construire plus haute, afin qu'elles dépassent les tours voisines (WTC, North Galaxy, Proximus)...

À noter que la tour I a d'ores et déjà trouvé un occupant : l'assureur Allianz y installera son siège bruxellois.
