1- Twin Towers Ulaanbaatar




60.000 m2

Two towers are being built in Ulanbaatar: 30 and 35 stories. They are planned for hotel, offices, and serviced apartments. The shared ground floor extending beneath the two towers will contain a cinema and shopping mall.

2- Hôtel Shangri-la

A joint venture between Shangri-La Asia Limited and MCS Holding, Mongolia, the 190-room hotel will be a part of an office, retail and hotel complex, which is located at the east side of the Sukhe-Bator Square, between the City Theatre and Peace Avenue, in the center of Ulaanbaatar city.

Ce qui m'avais frappe a Oulaan-Baatar, c'etait la centrale nucleaire en centre-ville.
J'avais trouve ca plutot etonnant !

C'est une ville qui est je dois bien l'avouer tres differente de toutes les autres villes que j'ai visite.
Je serais bien incapable d'en dresser un profil.
Cette singularite est peut etre bien son seul point d'interet d'ailleur.

La ligne proposée s'étendrait sur 17,7 km depuis l'intersection de Sonsgolon à l'ouest jusqu'au marché d'Amgalan à l'est avec une section souterraine de 6,6 km et 14 stations. Il aurait une capacité allant jusqu'à 17 000 passagers/h.

L'achèvement est envisagé d'ici 2030, soutenant la croissance des entreprises et la création d'emplois en facilitant l'accès au centre-ville. La durée du trajet de bout en bout serait de 27 minutes, les trajets typiques prenant 15 minutes contre 45 minutes en bus. Les embouteillages devraient diminuer de 16 % et les vitesses moyennes augmenter de 25 %, grâce à une meilleure sécurité routière et une meilleure qualité de l'air.
