L'agence Architecture Design Concept est fondée en 1996 à Antibes par les architectes Jean Foussat et Jean-Louis de Marguerie de Montfort (1942-2001).

L'agence cesse son activité en 2017, tandis que Jean Foussat cofonde une nouvelle agence, l'Atelier d'architecture Foussat Bapt.
